CONDENSED TOSNote: This is the condensed version of the TOS. Full TOS can be found below the condensed version.
❯ Payments will be upfront via Paypal invoices.
❯ All prices are in Euros (€).
❯ All commissioned works will be delivered digitally only.
❯ Commissions are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. All and any use for commercial, NFT, AI or similar use is prohibited.
❯ I will keep you updated on the commission process and you will have 3 opportunities to ask for any major adjustments during sketching phase.
❯ You may ask for reasonable amount of minor adjustments at any point. (i.e. eye colour change)
❯ I do not do refunds on lineart or sketch commissions.
❯ Refunds for rendered commissions are not possible after the initial sketch has been started. The only exception to this is if I'm unable to finish the commission for any reason.
❯ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.
❯ I own the copyright to the artwork and all commissions will include my signature.
Commission process:
❯ Waiting times will vary approx. from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on my own schedules, the size and complexity of the commission and due to me being a student. Please be patient, I will give you an approximate timeframe and will inform you of any possible changes.
❯ I will keep you updated on the process, and will send you progress images of the sketch and flat colors for you to view and approve before I proceed.
❯ During these, you may give feedback and you will have 3 opportunities to ask for any major adjustments. Please keep all and any drastic changes to the sketch phase. Minor adjustments and tweaking can be discussed at any point until the final clean-up.
❯ Before finishing the commission, I will do a final check-up and clean up. During this all and any last adjustments can be made if needed (ex. detail missing, slight adjusting of colors etc.)
❯ Once a commission has been finished, I will send you .png and .jpeg files of the finished work. No physical product will be delivered.
Terms of Service
GENERAL
❯ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of transaction.
❯ You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
❯ You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.❯ Commissions are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. All and any use for commercial, NFT, AI, or similar use is prohibited.
❯ You may use your commission for personal use such as icons, phone/computer wallpapers and personal website/profile displays.
❯ You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
❯ You're NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base".
❯ You may not upload or host my work in any gallery/platform that is intended to display your own work only.
❯ You may not claim my work as your own.
❯ If you wish to post your commission publicly, please only upload the .jpeg file publicly unless otherwise discussed.
❯ You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of your commission as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).❯ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
❯ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
❯ I reserve the right to post your finished artwork on my own platforms.
COPYRIGHT
❯ As the artist, I claim the rights to the produced drawing and therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted work to promote myself with it everywhere.
❯ I may use the artwork on my social media, portfolio and commission info, unless requested otherwise.
❯ I own the copyright to the artwork and all commissions will include my signature/watermark.
PAYMENT
❯ Payments will be upfront via PayPal invoice.
❯ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
❯ All of my prices are in Euros (€) via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.
❯ It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
❯ After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start sketching. The sketch will then be sent to you.
❯ I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.
❯ I will cover the PayPal fees as it is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.
❯ I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s PayPal account.
❯ If payment is not made in a timely manner after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
❯ Repeated counts of commissioning and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.PAYPAL DISCLAIMER❯ Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the artworks "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
❯ Nothing is ever intended, by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
❯ I am not requiered to ever ship any item unless it as explicitly discussed.REFUNDS❯ I will not do refunds on sketch and lineart commissions.
❯ Refunds on rendered commissions are not possible after the sketch has been started.
❯ If I am unable to finish a commission for any reason, you will be refunded in full.CHARGEBACK❯ You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
❯ If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
❯ You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
❯ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
